Make sure the
brake pad spring
is in place.
Remove the pad pin .
Remove the caliper bracket bolt.
Pivot t he caliper up.
Rem ov e the pad pin an d brake pads.
Install the new brake pads.
Lo w er the cal
iper w hile pushing the pads ag ai nst t he
pad spring so that the pad ends are positio ned on to
the ret ainer on the ca liper bracket.
Insta ll the pad pin.
Install and tighten t he ca liper bracket bo lt.
TORQUE: 23 N'm 12.3 kqf-m, 17 Ibf·h)
Tig ht en the pad pin .
TORQUE: 17 N'm 11.7 kqf-rn, 12 Ibf·hl
