• When d isassem bli ng , mark and sto re t he disassembled pa rts to ensu re that they are rei nst alled in the ir orig ina l loca tions.
• Clean all disa ssembled parts w ith cleaning solvent and d ry th em by blo wi ng t he m off with co mpressed air before
inspecti on .
• Cam shaft lubricat in g o il is fed t hro ugh oil passages in t he cy linde r head . Clean the oil passages bef ore asse m bli ng the
cy linder head .
• Be care ful not to damage t he ma t ing surfaces when removing the cylinder head cover and cy linder head.
