SIDE STAND SWITCH
INSPECTION
Disconn ect t he side st and sw itc h 2P (Green)
connecto r.
Check for con tinuity betw een t hewire termina ls of the
side stand swit ch con necto r.
Contin uity should exist on ly w hen the side stand is
UP.
REMOVAL
Disconnect the side stand switch 2P (Green)
connector.
Rem ove th e bolt an d side sta nd switch.
INSTALLATION
Install th e side sta nd switch by aligning the switch pin
w it h th e side sta nd hol e and t he switch groove w ith
t he retu rn spring hold ing pin.
Secur e the side stand sw itch wi t h a new bo lt.
TORQUE: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf -m. 7 Ibf-ttl
