- Wear c lea n gl ov es w hile re placi ng the bul b. Do not put fin ger pri nt s o n the h eadlight bulb, as t hey ma y create ho t spo ts
on th e bulb and cause it to fail.
- If you t ou ch th e bulb with yo ur bare hands, clean it w it h a clot h m oi st ened w it h alcoh ol t o preve nt it s ear ly failure.
- Be sure to install t he d ust cover afte r repl acing t he bulb.
Check the battery co nd it ion be fore performing any inspect io n tha t req uir es proper battery vo ltage.
