FUEL LINE
Remo ve
the side covers (page 2-2).
Loosen the fue l tank mounting bolt/nut.
Move the fue l tank back.
Do not remove Open and support the front end of the fuel tank using
the maintenance a suitable support as shown .

Check the fuel li nes for deterioration, damage or leak-
age. Replace the f uel li n e if necessary.
Inst all the fue l tank in the reverse order of remova l.
THROTTLE OPERATION
Check f o r smooth thrott le grip f ul l open ing and auto-
matic full closing in all steering positions.
Check t he thrott le cab les and repl ace them if they are
de te rio rated , kinked or da maged .
Lubricat e th e t hrottle cab les,
if th
rott le operation is
not smooth.
Measure the free play at the thrott le grip fla nge.
FREE PLAY: 2 - 4 mm (1/16 -1/6 in)
