Be sure the oil
level is the sam e
in both forks.
Measure the oil level from the top of the fork tube
while compressing the tube all the way after stroking
the fork tube slowly more than 5 times and the
damper rod more than 10 times.

Pull the damper rod up and install the fork sp ring with
the tapered end facing down.
Screw the damper rod end nut fully by hand.

Insta ll the spring seat and spring collar.
Inst all a new O-ring onto the fo rk bo lt.
Apply fo rk fluid to t he new O-ring .
Ho ld the damper rod and screw the fo rk bo lt o nto the
damper rod until
it
seats on the damper rod lock nut.
Hold the fork bo lt and tighten the lock nut to the spec-
ified torque.
TORQUE: 22 Nom 1 2.2 kgfom. 16 Ibfoft)
