CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Install the cam chain tensioner onto the cylinder head .
Tighten the nut to the specified torque .
TORQUE: 10 N'm (1.0 kq f-m, 7 lbf-tt!
Conn ect the water hose.
Remove the follow ing:
- Therm ostat housing (page 6-7)
- Camshaft (see below)
CAMSHAFT INSTALLATION
Install the new gasket and cam cha in tensioner onto
the cylin der.
Install the new sealing w ashers and tighten the sock-
et bolts to the specified torque .
TORQUE : 10 N'm 11.0 kqf-m, 7 lbf-ft}
Install the camshaft (see below) .

SOCKET BOLTS
CAP NUT
Install the shims
Apply molybdenum oil solution to the outer surface of
