STARTER V A LVE
FUEL SYSTEM (Program m ed Fuel Inj ection)
STARTER VALVE
DISASSEMBLY
Rem ove the fuel rai l and inject or s (page 5-62).
Turn each sta rter valve adjusting screw in. counting
the number of turns until it seats lightly.
Record the number of turns.
STARTER VALVE ARM
Rem ov e the sta rte r valve cable/throttle stop control
knob (page 5-62).
Rem ove th e sta rter valve arm screws and starter
valve arm.
LINK ARM
Rem ove the screws and link arm .
Remove the starter valve shaft and three collars.
