THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION
Install the thermostat housing onto the cylinder head .
Install the new O-ring onto the thermostat housing
cove r.
Insta ll the the rmostat housing cover onto th e cylinder
head and tighte n th e housing cove r bo lts.
TORQUE : 12 N'm (1.2 kgf·m. 9 Ibf·ftl
Fill the coolant and bleed air from the system
(page 6· 5).
RADIATOR
REMOVAL
Open and support the front end of fuel tank
(page 3-4).
Drain th e cool ant (page 6-5).
Disconnect the lower radiato r hose.
