Procedure 6: Configuring a Meeting Room on the RMX

The Profile for the Meeting Room must be TIP enabled as described in Procedure 4.
For more information see "Creating a New Meeting Room" on page 4-4.

Procedure 7: Configuring Participant Properties for dial out calls

Participant Properties must be configured to ensure that defined participants inherit their TIP
settings from the Profile assigned to the Meeting Room.

In the New Entry Queue or Entry Queue Properties dialog box, ensure that Ad Hoc is
selected.
Ensure that the Entry Queue is designated as the Transit Entry Queue as described in
