MultiVantage R11 (or later) includes a Time of Day (TOD) Clock Synchronization feature
which allows you to maintain synchronous clock times across a multi-site contact center
network. Maintenance of accurate TOD settings is important for many functions, such as:
Creation of time stamps for items like error logs, Malicious Call trace records, Avaya
BCMS and CMS data
Scheduling of a large number of diverse task activities on the switch and its adjuncts
