Mode
networkEntityTitle NET that specifies the area ID and the system ID for an IS-IS
routing process; can be either an address or a name; in the form of:
areaID.systemID.nSelector
For example:
areaID All bytes in front of the system ID; the number of bytes can vary
from 1–13 bytes
systemID Always 6 bytes and cannot vary
nSelector Last byte; always 0
