1. Manifold air inlet fitting (from compressor)
2. Compressor line check valve
3. Auxiliary line fitting
4. Solenoid line fitting
5. Pressure transducer fitting
ACS Manifold Installation
The installation procedure is the reverse of re-
moval procedure, however pay attention to the
following.
Apply
LOCTITE 592 (PIPE SEALANT) (P/N 293 800
on male fittings.

ACS MODULE

ACS Module Signal Circuit Continuity
Test
1. Remove seats and RH side panel.
2. Disconnect multifunction gauge from vehicle.
Refer to LIGHTS, GAUGE AND ACCESSORIES
subsection of the appropriate Shop Manual.
3. Disconnect ACS module connector.

4. Set the
FLUKE 115 MULTIMETER (P/N 529 035

5. Measure resistance as per the following tables.

Gauge pin 18 (WH/BK)
Module pin 5 (WH/BK)
TEST PROBES
Gauge pin 19 (WH/BE)
Module pin 6 (WH/BE)
ACS Module Input Voltage Test
1. Remove seats and RH side panel.
2. Disconnect module connector.

3. Set the
FLUKE 115 MULTIMETER (P/N 529 035
to Vdc.

4. Place ignition switch to ON position.
5. Measure voltage as per the following table.

2. Disconnect module connector.
