CAUTION
For robots with protection type Clean Room
Always cut the paint with a knife and grind the
paint edge when disassembling parts of the robot!

Put the ball screw lower nut to the outer arm
carefully.
CAUTION
Make sure the ball screw nut works fluently.
Secure the screws on the lower nut to the outer
arm.

Clean the joints that have been opened and wipe
the parts free from particles with spirit on a lint

After all repair work, wipe the Clean Room robot
free from particles with spirit on a lint free cloth.
