Power Up and ROM Verification Test

All you need to do for the Functional Test is to connect power to the
unit and turn the ON/OFF Switch to the "ON" position. The purpose of
this test is to verify that the unit powers up. If it does not power up,
see the Decision Logic Tables in Chapter 4.
