Encoder Strip Location/Visual Check
Check that the Encoder Strip clears both sides and the bottom of the
Encoder module.

If contact is visually detected or heard (squeaking noise), then re-
adjust the tilt/height of Carriage until clearance is obtained. Repeat all
the steps from Section 6.0, "Adjustments Prior to Calibration," up to
and including this Section 6.3, "Encoder Strip Location/Visual Check."

Make sure that the Slider does not come into contact with or
deflect the Encoder Strip at any point during the Carriage
Axis travel.
Make sure that the Encoder does not come into contact with
the Stabilizer Bracket.
