4. Run the PRIME plot and verify that all the jets are firing. The
bands should be smooth without dark streaks or white lines. The
sloping (diagonal) lines should not look fuzzy or contain gaps. You
may need to run the PRIME plot several times. If a satisfactory
plot is not obtained, follow the instructions below in Section 6.2.
You may also need to refer to Chapter 4, Section 11.7 "Ink
Cartridge Problems."
5. After a satisfactory PRIME plot is obtained, perform the Cartridge
Calibration. See Chapter 6, Section 12.0 of this service manual.
