Installing the Upper Roller Supports
Make sure that you do not install the Upper Roller Supports upside
down. Once they are inside the Y-Bracket, you will have to destroy

them in order to take them out. See Figure Chapter 5 .35 for the
correct orientation of the Upper Roller Supports.
Have the piece of Translite media in place so that the Lower Roller is
protected while you install the new Upper Roller Supports. Make sure
that the Carriage Belt is kept looped over the front of the Slide Shaft
while installing the new Upper Roller Supports, as follows:
1. Place the roller end of an Upper Roller Support behind the Slide
Shaft (between the back of the Slide Shaft and the front of the
Stabilizer Bracket) and push it forward as far as possible through
the Upper Roller Support opening in the front of the Y-Bracket.
