Management Voice Mail/Fax Function and Memory

Announcements for the voice mailboxes, language files, incoming faxes and
voice messages are stored on the required USB data storage device.
Caution: Do not remove the USB data storage device while
the system is running.
• Switch off the PBX before removing the USB data storage
Notes:
A directory structure is created on the USB data storage device. You
should not change this structure.
The USB data storage device must have at least 50 MB free memory.

Messagerie vocale

A voice mailbox assumes the task of an answering machine. Depending on
the setting, it accepts incoming calls and stores recorded messages as
audio files (*.wav).
The configuration of the box can be as follows:
• Configuring the maximum recording capacity (MB).
• Enabling the automatic clean-up).
• Configuring additional properties (Réexpédition des messages,
Lecture automatique de nouveaux messages, Interrogation à
distance, Langue des annonces, Envoi de courrier électronique on
incoming message, if memory is full or in case of failure of automatic
