Management Call Distribution

Proceed as follows:

• Separately for external connections
• Using the Configuration Manager (page Réseaux publics > Achem-
inement des appels)
Note:
External numbers that are required as Call Through numbers
(Fonctions > DISA (Call Through)) are not allowed to be used in call
distribution.
In order for a subscriber to signal incoming external calls, it needs at
least Discrimination (business) Entrants uniquement, avec appel
d'urgence (Abonnés (Abo) > Propriétés > Paramètres de ligne).
An internal destination can be assigned to an external number. Internal
destinations can be subscribers, groups, voice mail/fax boxes or the
automatic reception functions.
