Query Calls

During a query call, you are talking with one subscriber while your previous

communication partner is on hold on the PBX in the background listening to

Ending One of the Two Calls (page 265)

Connecting Both Communication Partners (page 266)

Initiating Query Call to Third Subscriber (page 267)

Requirements:

For a query call with two external communication partners: at least two

external call channels

During a call, proceed as follows:

1. Press the Flash key or the Query key.

2. Enter a phone number. Possible entries:
