3. In the line Phone configuration under Create backup, click Exporter.
4. Accept the legal notes by entering
right.
5. Click Exporter.
6. Save the *.xml file created in this way on your PC.
7. Open the *xml file with a text editor, e. g. Notepad++.
8. Press Alt 0 in Notepad++ to close the sub-levels to get a better
overview.
9. Select the level which you want to distribute to other phones by deleting
the levels that are not required.
Note: In the case that the file shall be used as Template, the section
<providersAndAccounts> </providersAndAccounts> must not be
deleted as it is replaced by the subscriber-specific data by the PBX.
10. If required, open the level by clicking
