Voice mail/Fax Boxes

Voice mailboxes and fax boxes have partially the same and partially
different functions. Nevertheless, they are configured in the same way.
The configuration can be as follows:
• Creating a box. Here, the box is assigned a phone number and a name.
If required, an owner can be assigned.
Proceed as follows for configuration:
• Switching a box for a subscriber/group on/off.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Abonnés (Abo) > Numéros
de téléphone > Configurer > Boîtes de messagerie vocale/
télécopie)
• Switching the info call for a voice mailbox on/off.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Abonnés (Abo) > Numéros
de téléphone > Configurer > Boîtes de messagerie vocale/
télécopie)
• Configuring and subscribing the RSS feed.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Abonnés (Abo) > Numéros
de téléphone > Configurer > Paramètres)
• Creating and managing a box.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Périphériques > Boîtes de
messagerie vocale/télécopie > Numéros de téléphone).
