This value sets several bits in the definition for
the SSL server.
Bit 0 (value 1) indicates that the server should
verify the peer certificate if one is supplied. Bit 1
(value 2) indicates that the certificate dates (not
before, not after) are also checked. Bit 2 (value 4)
indicates that the negotiation should fail if the
peer doesn't supply a certificate. Bit 3 (value 8)
indicates that zero-depth, self-signed certificates
should be rejected. Default is 0.
