Check for errors in the event log; verify that the FTP download did not report errors.

If using FTP, verify that enough flash space is available. Required size varies by carrier; you may

need anywhere from 40 to 62 MB available.
If using FTP, verify that you can ping the location ftp1.digi.com.

If not using FTP, verify that the images are available in flash or USB. For example, for updating

the Verizon carrier firmware on a Sierra Wireless MC7455 module, the files car_7455.txt,
verizon.cwe, and verizon.nvu must be available.
