The format of the ini file table parameter is as follows:

Table 60-32: General SIP Parameters
Defines the maximum number of characters allowed in the SDP body's
"o=" (originator and session identifier) field for the session ID and session
version values. An example of an "o=" line with session ID and session
version values (in bold) is shown below:
o=jdoe 2890844526 2890842807 IN IP4 10.47.16.5
The valid value range is 1,000 to 214,748,3647 (default).
Enables the device to assign a random string value to the user part of the
SIP Contact header for new user Account registrations with the device.
The assigned user part is unique to each Account. An example of a
randomly assigned user part is shown (in bold) below:
Contact: <sip:HRaNEmZnfX6xZl4@pc33.atlanta.com>
When enabled, each Account registers with its unique user part, and all
INVITE messages for this new Account are sent with this unique user
part. These assigned user parts are also used for registration refreshes
and for un-registering these Accounts. The assigned user parts are used
until the parameter is disabled. When enabled again, new random user
parts are assigned to the Accounts.
