Split horizon configured on the VPLS network prevents data transmission between interfaces
on NPEs. Therefore, the sub-interfaces where service VRRP backup groups are configured on

NOTE
After the IP address is assigned to each QinQ termination sub-interface, running the arp broadcast
enable command is recommended. This command allows the sub-interfaces to ping each other.
