command erases the stored contents of the error log. Clearing the error log is a helpful

diagnostic tool; it allows you to start the diagnostic process when the error log is in a known state so that
you can check the error log in response to subsequent events.
The error log is updated every time an event occurs, as selected by the
command displays the last ten error conditions that the drive has experienced, as recorded in these status
registers:
