FRU Removal and Replacement

RRP: SFP Optical Transceiver

Use the following procedures to remove or replace an SFP optical transceiver
from a UPM card. A list of tools required is provided.

Tools Required

The following tools are required to perform these procedures.

Removing the SFP Optical Transceiver

To remove an SFP optical transceiver:
1. Notify the customer that the port with the defective transceiver will be
