7) Disassembly of Water Pump Case (Lower)

1. Remove the oil seal.
Be careful not to damage the oil seal press fit
surface.

8) Assembly of Water Pump Case (Lower)

1. Install and press fit the oil seal 1 by pressing.
• Apply gear oil to the oil seal circumference a
before installing the oil seal.
• Apply lithium grease to the oil seal lip b.
