Clutch Disassembly - Honda GL1800 Service Manual

– gasket
– snap ring
– oil seal

CLUTCH DISASSEMBLY

Remove the following:
– stopper ring
– clutch lifter plate A
Unstake the clutch center lock nut.
Be careful not to
damage the
Shift the transmission into any gear except neutral.
mainshaft threads.
Loosen the lock nut while applying the rear brake.
If the engine was removed from the frame, hold the
output shaft with the special tool and loosen the
lock nut.
TOOL:
Shaft holder
Remove the following:
– lock nut

RING
