Hard steering

• Steering bearing adjustment nut too tight
• Worn or damaged steering head bearings
• Worn or damaged steering head bearing races
• Bent steering stem
• Insufficient tire pressure
• Faulty front tire

Steers to one side or does not track straight

• Bent fork leg
• Damaged steering head bearings
• Loose steering head bearings
• Bent frame
• Worn wheel bearings
• Bent front axle
• Worn swingarm pivot component (section 14)

Front wheel wobbling

• Bent rim
• Worn wheel bearings
• Faulty tire

Soft suspension

• Low tire pressure
Hard suspension
• High tire pressure
