FUEL SYSTEM (Programmed Fuel Injection)
Remove the six bolts and check valve covers/hoses

from the cylinder.
BOLTS
COVERS
Remove the PAIR check valves from the cylinder.
AIR CHECK VALVE
Check the reed for damage or fatigue. Replace if
STOPPE
necessary.
SEAT UBBE
Replace the PAIR check valve if the seat rubber is
cracked, deteriorated or damaged, or if there is
clearance between the reed and seat.
Install the PAIR check valve and cover onto the
cylinder.
Install and tighten the bolts.
TORQUE: 5 N·m (0.5 kgf·m, 3.6 lbf·ft)
EED
Install the intake manifold with new gaskets and
OLTS INTAKE MANIFOLD
tighten the bolts securely.
Install the engine (section 7).
