(3) Peel the 2nd transfer facing roller cleaning
mylar.
Note:
Attach the 2nd transfer facing roller cleaning
mylar to the position shown in the figure
within the error of 0.5 mm or less (by slightly
pushing it to the 2 edges of the 2nd transfer
facing roller cleaning holder in the direction
of the arrow).
[B-6] Tension roller
(1) Take off the transfer belt.
P.13-16 "[B-2] Transfer belt"
(2) Remove 2 E-rings, and then take off the ten-
sion roller. Then take off the bushing and 2
bearings.
Note:
Be careful not to deform the earth plate of
the tension roller arm on the front side.
(3) Remove the E-rings and springs of both front
and rear tension roller arms. Then take off
the tension roller arms.
