14.30.3 Description of Operation

The derivation of optimum time constant and the timing for switching to optimum time constant of this function are described
below.
When this function is enabled, the parameters are switched to the optimum time constant internally based on the obtained
estimated inertia ratio.

Derivation of optimum time constant
The optimum time constant is derived based on the relation between the estimated inertia ratio and the optimum time
constant as shown below.
