 Returns the COS (arccosine) value of the value designated by (S) and stores the operation result (angle) in the device
designated by (D).

COS ( Sign Integer part
 The sign of the operation data is set to (S). If the operation data is a positive value, (S) is set to "0", and if the operation data
is a negative value, (S) is set to "1".
 The integer part and decimal fraction part of the operation data are stored as their respective BCD values in (S+1) and
(S+2). (A value from 0 to 1.0000 can be set.)
 The operation result stored in (D) are BCD values within the range of 0 to 180 degrees (units of degrees).
 The operation result rounds off the decimal fraction part.
