13 Spindle Control
13.12 Guide Bushing Spindle Synchronization
13.12.2.4 Relative Position Error Sampling
During G/B spindle synchronization mode, the following five values are calculated based on the relative position error
between the reference spindle and the G/B spindle, and they are output to the R registers when the state changes between
the acceleration/deceleration state and the steady state. (Unit is pulse, 1pulse ≈ 0.088°)
Maximum range of the relative position error during acceleration/deceleration
Maximum value of the relative position error during acceleration/deceleration
Maximum range of the relative position error during the steady state
Maximum value of the relative position error during the steady state
Average value of the relative position error during the steady state
This sampling is constantly carried out during the G/B spindle synchronization mode. It stops when the G/B spindle
synchronization mode is canceled.
How to command
This function is constantly active during G/B spindle synchronization mode. Values are set in the following R registers when
the state changes between the acceleration/deceleration state and the steady state.
