Comparative data, or the first number of the device where comparative data is
stored

Functions
Treats the character string data designated by (S1) and the character string data designated by (S2) as an A contact, and
performs comparison operation.
The comparison operation compares the ASCII code of character strings character by character starting from the first char-
acter of the character string.
The character string data of (S1) and (S2) for comparison refers to the data stored within the range from the specified
device number to the device number where the NULL code "00H" is stored.
