6 Explanation of Instructions and Functions
6.1 Instruction List
(*1) One step is added when any of the following cases apply.
 When any of S1, S2, or D is a bit device and the device number is other than multiples of 16
 When the digit other then K4 is designated for any of S1, S2, or D at the bit device digit designation
 When any of S1, S2, or D is a bit device using an index modification
 When the same device is used for S1 and D
(*2) One step is added when S is a constant.
(*3) One step is added when either S1 or S2 is a constant number.

(*9) When S, or S1 and S2 are character string constants, the number of steps varies depending on the number of charac-
ters. The number of steps is calculated with the following formula:
"The number of steps in the table + ((the number of characters+1) / 3)" (The remainder is rounded up.)
(*10) When S, or S1 and S2 are character string constants, the number of steps varies depending on the number of charac-
ters. The number of steps is calculated with the following formula:
 Even number: "The number of steps in the table + (the number of characters / 2)"
 Odd number: "The number of steps in the table + ((the number of characters+1) / 2)"
