 Functions
DECO
 Decodes the lower n-bits of the device designated by "S", and stores the results at a location 2n-bits from the device desig-
nated by "D".
 The value of "n" can be designated between "1" and "8".
 No processing is conducted if "n" is "0", and there are no changes in data for the device designated at "D".
When "n" is "9" or above, the device data specified by D becomes indefinite.
 The bit devices specified by D are treated as 1 bit, and the word devices specified by D are treated as 16 bits.
 Operation errors
 In the following cases, an arithmetic error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error code is stored at SD0.
- When the area of a part of 2n bit blocks from the device designated at D does not exist. (Error code: 82)
