Count Nos. of 1 second unit  After RUN, "1" is added every second of the
medium speed ladder.
 Count is repeated as follows.
0 -> 32767 -> -32768 -> 0 (decimal)
0 -> FFFF -> 0 (hexadecimal)
2n-second clock unit
 Stores the n of 2n-second clock (SM414). (De-
fault value: 30)
 The setting range is from 1 to 32767.
Count Nos. by 1 scan
 After RUN, "1" is added every 1 scan of the
medium speed ladder.
 Count is repeated as follows.
0 -> 32767 -> -32768 -> 0 (decimal)
0 -> FFFF -> 0 (hexadecimal)
Count Nos. by 1 scan
 After RUN, "1" is added every 1 scan of the
high speed ladder.
 Count is repeated as follows.
0 -> 32767 -> -32768 -> 0 (decimal)
0 -> FFFF -> 0 (hexadecimal)
Current scan time
 Stores the medium speed ladder current scan
(1ms unit)
time in SD520 and SD521. (1μs unit is used
for measurement)
Current scan time
SD520: ms value is stored (Storage range: 0
(1μs unit)
to 14000)
SD521: µs value is stored (Storage range: 0 to
999)
 (Example) When the current scan time is 23.6
ms, it is stored as follows.
SD520=23, SD521=600
Minimum scan time
 Stores the minimum value of the medium
(1ms unit)
speed ladder scan time in SD524 and SD525.
(1μs unit is used for measurement; 2nd scan
Minimum scan time
and after is the target after RUN.)
(1μs unit)
SD524: ms value is stored (Storage range: 0
to 14000)
SD525: µs value is stored (Storage range: 0 to
999)
Maximum scan time
 Stores the maximum value of medium speed
(1ms unit)
ladder scan time in SD526 and SD527. (1μs
unit is used for measurement; 2nd scan and
Maximum scan time
after is the target after RUN.)
(1μs unit)
SD526: ms value is stored (Storage range: 0
to 14000)
SD527: µs value is stored (Storage range: 0 to
