The preset values for radio system and frequency are GSM900
and 890200000 [Hz] respectively.
The setting of this command and the setting for the
TCH Channel command are described on
synchronously.
This query command returns the set frequency of the Traffic
Channel for Talk Test with integer. The range of the value is
same as that of the command parameter.
