Power Ramp Test

These query commands return the Power Ramp test result
values, <int 1> and <int 2>, for each of the six measurement
channels. Each value is separated by a comma.
• <int 1> (1 digit) is 0 if measurement result is within the
measurement range, or 1 if measurement result is out of
range or the Power Ramp is not measured.
• <int 2> (1 digit) is the test result for the 0 (pass) or 1 (fail).
