To define the name for an MSTP instance, use the name MST Configuration mode
command.
To revert to its default setting, use the no form of this command.

• —The MSTP instance name. (Length: 1 to 32 characters)
Default Configuration
The default MSTP name is the bridge MAC address.

To define the revision number for current MSTP configuration, use the revision
MST Configuration mode command.
To revert to its default setting, use the no form of this command.
