spanning-tree bpdu (Global)

Cisco 220 Series Smart Plus Switches Command Line Interface Reference Guide Release 1.0.0.x
To enable STP on the switch, use the spanning-tree Global Configuration mode
command.
To disable STP on the switch, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
spanning-tree
no spanning-tree
Parameters

Default Configuration
STP is enabled.
Command Mode
Global Configuration mode
Example
switchxxxxxx(config)# spanning-tree
To define Bridge Protocol Data Unit (BPDU) handling when STP is disabled
globally, use the spanning-tree bpdu Global Configuration mode command.
To revert to its default setting, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
spanning-tree bpdu {filtering | flooding}
no spanning-tree bpdu
Parameters
filtering—Filters BPDU packets when STP is disabled globally.
