Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port channel) mode
Example
switchxxxxxx(config)# interface gi5
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# qos trust
To bind a policy map to a port or port channel, use the service-policy Interface
Configuration mode command.
To detach a policy map from an interface, use the no form of this command.
This command is available only when the switch is in QoS advanced mode.
Syntax
policy-map-name
service-policy input
no service-policy input
Parameters
policy-map-name
input
interface.
Command Mode
Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port channel) mode
User Guidelines
Only one policy map per interface per direction is supported.
Example
The following example attaches a policy map called Policy1 to the input interface:
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# interface gi11
switchxxxxxx(config-if)# service-policy input policy1
