Additional remarks
1. The value in S for 16-bit instructions must be between the minimum source value and the maximum source value;

that is, between -32,768 to 32,767. If the value exceeds the boundary value, the calculation uses the boundary
value.
2. The integer in S for 32-bit instructions must be between the minimum source value and the maximum source

value; that is, between -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647. If the integer exceeds the boundary value, the calculation
uses the boundary value.
