Memory Check Configuration
Set the following parameters

FUNCTION: "Memory Check"
- Set Interrupt MASK"
in Memory Check Function Registers(See Table 21.5.11.1)
HW Processor Interrupt Settings
- Set the priority of HW Processor interrupt
- Clear the pending of HW Processor interrupt
- Enable the HW Processor interrupt
- Set HWPINTE.HWPIE = 1
Cortex Enable HW Processor
Enable HWPCTL.HWPEN
Wait HWPINTF.HWP0IF = 1
Check STATE = "mc_state_idle"
