Note:
The measurement counter must be set from the low-order value (RFC_nMCL.MC[15:0] bits)
first when data is set using a 16-bit access instruction. The counter may not be set to
the correct value if the high-order value (RFC_nMCH.MC[23:16] bits) is written first.
