10.4.8 P2G I/O Space PCI Base Address Register (P2GIOPBASE)
This register corresponds to the I/O Space Base Address at offset address 0x1C of the PCI
Configuration Space.
This register cannot be accessed when the PCI Controller is in the Satellite mode.
